In Store Returns:
We hope you love all of your products! If for some reason you are not completely satisfied you may exchange your items or receive a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
Garments must be UNWORN with ORIGINAL TAGS and you must present your ORIGINAL RECEIPT. We have the right to deny a return after the time period has lapsed.
Clearance or discounted products are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Shipping Information for Online Orders:
We process orders within 1-2 business days and ship them to you as soon as possible. We are USPS and have a $7.00 ground shipping fee (3-5 business days) and $20.00 priority shipping rate (2-3 business days) option. You will receive an email via shop@stjoeclub.com once your order has been processed including a USPS tracking number.
Online and Store Pick Up Returns:
We hope you loved your purchase! If for some reason you were not satisfied with your items please return them back to us within 14 days of your initial purchase for a full refund. Shipping cost WILL NOT be refunded.
Please email us at shop@stjoeclub.com- we will then issue you a return label.

We are not responsible for return shipping. When we receive your return we will process the refund within 1-3 business days. The funds may not show in your bank account for 3-5 business days depending on the institution. You will be notified when the return is processed via email.
